Last week, I was lucky enough to have a blog post featured on the Overcoming MS blog. When I started the protocol, I can wholeheartedly assure you, I never expected to be able to give it a voice.
If you’ve been reading Stumble Pup, you know I’ve posted about the Overcoming MS protocol before. I’ve realized that nutrition plays a huge role in how I feel. I started drinking whole food Smoothies almost a year ago now, which give me a lot of energy I’d been missing. I’ve also started making more of our favorite foods at home, including these Larabar‘s that are easy to eat on the go.
I haven’t been as active on here, or on my Instagram lately – and that’s because the end of my semester is officially kicking my butt. Only a few more weeks, but I need a vacation, stat.
I hope to get back to more regular posting on here once I knock out a couple projects I have due for the end of the semester. I hope this finds everyone well, and if you check out my blog over on OMS, let me know what you think in the comments!
